Some work for the Spanish shoe brand that we haven’t previously shown. First off, an adaptation of the iconic logo for on-shoe branding, followed by a new shoebox, and finally one of a set of carrier bags for retail. It gives us great pleasure to think that every pair of shoes that leaves one of Camper’s 300 worldwide stores do so in packaging we designed.
Camper Stamp
We were thrilled to find out that our Camper boat design made an appearance on a Spanish stamp.
The Volvo Ocean Race finished in Galway recently with Camper winning the final leg to finish in an impressive second place in the overall race. A great end to a fantastic project that we were very proud to be a part of.

Camper
On Sunday, the 70ft ‘Camper’ yacht was trucked to the team's base at Viaduct Harbour, Auckland where it will be commissioned this week. The build started in August 2010, taking close to 35,000 man-hours. Over the next few days, keel, rudder, dagger boards, mast and rigging will be fitted and electrical and hydraulic systems commissioned.
‘Camper’ will be sailing by the end of the week before setting off for sea trials in April and May. Then, in October 2011, the yacht will begin the Volvo Ocean Race, a 38,000 nautical mile race around the world.
Sunday was almost a year to the day that Camper, the Spanish footwear brand, and Emirates Team New Zealand confirmed their entry in the Volvo Ocean Race 2011/12. The yacht was designed by the Emirates Team New Zealand design team led by Nick Holroyd with principal designer Marcelino Botin, with livery designed by Farrow.
Emirates Team New Zealand managing director Grant Dalton said of the launch, "This is a great day for us as a team. To be able to stand back and see the amazing job that they guys have done and now see her in her full livery, is quite humbling. I am very excited about going out sailing towards the end of this week."
For Camper, this is their first foray into ocean racing, and the company's Founder and Chairman, Lorenzo Fluxá, said: "This is quite an historic moment for everyone at Camper and the start of a new adventure for our brand. The boat build has been a gr
For Camper, this is their first foray into ocean racing, and the company's Founder and Chairman, Lorenzo Fluxá, said: "This is quite an historic moment for everyone at Camper and the start of a new adventure for our brand. The boat build has been a great experience for all of us, so precise in its execution that all we can do is congratulate all those involved in bringing the ‘Camper’ to life."

Camper
Volvo Ocean Race
Spanish shoe brand Camper has a rich history and a long-standing spirit of adventure, so their entry into the Volvo Ocean Race came as no surprise. Farrow were asked to be Camper's graphic partner for the race.
‘Sailing is like walking on water, leaning on the wind.’ We found everything we needed in this phrase, creating a series of undulating patterns using Camper logos to illustrate air and sea. The look of the boat is in constant flux with different patterns applied to each of the 9 sails, which are used in different combinations depending on the conditions. In partnership with Camper and Emirates Team New Zealand, we designed every graphic element of the VOR70 racing yacht.
